Fire Station No. 19

Debra J. Dockery, Architect, P.C. was the prime design firm contracted to provide a design of a new fire station for the City of San Antonio.  The site is a prominent corner along a major neighborhood arterial street.  The program elements were required to meet exacting standards of the San Antonio Fire Department facility regulations.  The program for the new two-story 15,000 sq ft fire station involved three fire apparatus truck bays, and EMS truck bay, a public entry lobby and offices, fire fighter sleeping quarters, kitchen and dining facilities, and a workout / training room.
